Philosophy of the Heart
Grant recipients will monitor the reconstruction of social infrastructure in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Mykolaiv regions.
Public monitoring promotes transparency of reconstruction, ensures control over the implementation of barrier-free facilities at new and restored facilities, and also checks compliance with competitive procedures during procurement.
The results of the monitoring will be published on the social networks of grantees and on the Big Recovery Portal platform.
Competitions were held within the framework of the project “Control of recovery costs”. The project is implemented with the participation of IER, the Centre for Economic Strategy and the NGO Technologies of Progress, funded by the European Union in Ukraine.
