Are we updating the Big Recovery Portal risk management for effective assessment of reconstruction projects?
At yesterday's online meeting, the Progress Technology team presented an updated risk assessment methodology for BRP.
Maksym Hamulets, an expert and co-developer of the BRP risk methodology, spoke about plans to introduce new risk indicators, the discussion of which was joined by representatives of public organizations and subgrantees of the "Recovery Cost Control" project.
Why is this important?
Effective risk management allows you to identify financial and security risks, and therefore – increase transparency and quality of reconstruction, rationally distribute resources.
Discussed the introduction of new risk indicators:

• presence of network business;
• number of shellings;
• distance to temporarily occupied territories;
• presence of similar projects in the community;
• reputation of the contractor;
• financial stability of the contractor;
• company experience;
• sanctions lists.

Soon the updated indicators will appear on BRP!
