Milto Oleksandr Anatoliyovych

Head of the Territorial Development Agency

Milto Oleksandr Anatoliyovych has three degrees and over 20 years of experience in public administration, construction, finance and regional development. He worked in the Kirovohrad City Council, headed the Department of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate, was Deputy Head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration, and was involved in the implementation of decentralization reforms and socio-economic development of the regions.

Milto Oleksandr Anatoliyovych is an active public figure with experience as a deputy and participation in international conferences on urban development and public-private partnerships. He has received numerous awards for his professional activities, including for his services in construction, education and youth policy.

Thanks to his experience and expertise, he heads the Territorial Development Agency, focusing its activities on supporting local communities, implementing infrastructure projects, and attracting investment.
